Rooted in the life and legacy of Pastor Amelia Ann Adams, we will celebrate a decade of AAAWLC's growth and community impact while honoring local leaders who continue to build bridges in health, education, social justice, and faith/healing. This year, the Amelia Ann Adams Whole Life Center celebrates an extraordinary milestone: 10 years of sowing seeds in our own backyard.
What began in 2016 as a vision rooted in the life and legacy of Pastor Amelia Ann Adams has grown into a community-centered organization walking alongside children, youth, adults, and families throughout San Joaquin County. Over the past decade, AAAWLC has grown in programs, partnerships, and reach, while remaining grounded in the values that have guided us from the beginning: LOVE, FAITH, and COMPASSION.
On Saturday, November 7, 2026, we invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate where we've been, honor the people who continue to build bridges in our community, and look ahead to the next decade of impact.
More Than a Gala
The Bridges Over Waters Gala is more than a fundraiser. This year, it is a homecoming, a celebration of legacy, and an opportunity to sow into what comes next.
Funds raised through the gala help support AAAWLC's community-rooted programs and our ability to respond to emerging needs throughout San Joaquin County. Our work creates pathways to healing, education, health, justice, housing stability, youth development, and community connection, all with the goal of helping individuals and families move from surviving to thriving.
